Delivery and Pickup Services
Delivery
We arrange delivery all over the Ontario through FedEx, ups, Canada post, or you can arrange a pick from warehouse. In preparation of furniture delivery, rooms should be cleared in order to accept delivery. In addition, driveways and walkways should be cleared (i.e.: remove snow and ice) and please make sure that there is direct path to the room where your new furniture should be placed from your house’s entryway.
We will not move your current furniture, any electronics TV or any computer due to liability concerns. There is standard delivery fee for door to door delivery and if you want delivery inside the building its will charge extra as it is not included for standard delivery fee.
Due to health and safety regulations, our driver cannot remove their safety boots. Please ensure your floor are properly protected.
Please also make sure before the delivery that your home and doorways fit your furniture; otherwise there should be restocking charge will be applied if does not fit through.
During the time of delivery, please ensure that you are present at the location. If you are not at the delivery location at request time, there will be an extra re- delivery fee.

Free Delivery:
On all orders, online and in store, we offer free delivery, over $549 before taxes At checkout!
Standard Delivery :
On orders for less than $549 will have a small charge of 49.99 inside Scarborough and other parts of GTA will be $75 ( door to door delivery only)
Premium Delivery:
In premium delivery we will deliver your order to choice of room, it charges extra please call our customer care: 416-759-2600 or email sales@relaxwell.ca.
Outside GTA Delivery:
To get the shipping quote outside GTA, Please call our customer care: 416-759-2600 or email sales@relaxwell.ca.
Shipping Service does not includes assembly charges. Installation charges will starts from $20 (depends on number of items) we will place the product in the room of your choice. The removal of packaging will only be taken if the Packaging Disposal Service was purchased. Your space must be ready for the new items to be placed, as we will not move your existing furniture to make room for the new items.
No delivery appointments are required for any packages shipped through Purolator, FedEx, and UPS. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a notice of a delivery attempt for all the delivery, our delivery agent will contact you to make sure time and the availability
Package disposal service ($49.99):
Our packaging disposal service is when all the packaging from your new product is taken back by our distribution team upon completion of the delivery. Our distribution team will put the packaging neatly at your curbside if this service is not chosen.
How long it take to deliver?
If the item in stock, it will delivery in 3-5 business days in the GTA,
Outside GTA will take minimum 5-10 business days
Please note that if any delivery location is in a rural area (i.e. outside of urban cities and towns), this typically results in longer transit times.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box address.
Before signing the proof of delivery document and before assembling the package, we ask all our customers to check their order upon receipt for any obvious signs of packaging damage, product damage, incorrect items or missing pieces. If any damage is detected, please specify these problems before signing for the order on the proof of delivery.
Changing Shipping Address
To change your shipping address Please call our customer care: 416-759-2600 or email sales@relaxwell.ca. before 24 hours after confirming your order.
Pickup
Relaxwell will arrange a convenient pick up for our customers, please call/email to our customer service before you pick up your order to arrange the delivery location and time.
All online order customer must bring your printed email conformation, Picture I.D, and the credit card used to place your final order. Picked up products can be placed in cartons and require assembly, we are unable to arrange unpacking and/or assembly for you at the distribution center because of the nature of the packed furniture in cartons.
Please make sure that the size of the furniture to be picked up would match the size of your vehicle, we are not responsible for loading and tie -down the goods, or secure transport of your furniture, damage arising during the transit will not protected by warranty, nor will returns on the product be allowed.
Therefore, please take extra precaution when choosing pickup option. If your items are too large for the size of your vehicle, you must schedule a delivery with us. Your safety matters and we are not responsible for your safety and/or damages to the products prior to the pickup option. Please also note, it is dangerous to forcefully place and/or add items for which does not fit your vehicle, it may cause accident and/or death of yourself and/or others. Thus, be mindful when choosing this option according to your vehicle size for the safety of others.
